Well I haven't updated in a while. So last summer I tore my AC-ligament (separated shoulder) playing rugby and had to do the whole surgery-rehab thing. This summer I tore my ACL (knee) playing football. I'll be getting surgery July 22nd and starting more rehab. Hurray!

I'm taking both semester of organic chemistry and the lab over the summer. I'm a late-decision premed, so that's gotta get done.

But I have been doing more artstuff! I really want to work on color theory this summer. That's the goal.

First year of college is going well.

New friends, dorm craziness, classes, etc.

Still miss old friends.

Chicago is huge. St. Louis is home. Two Rivers is neither, but somehow I've managed to visit it the more than the other two.

Wheaton College, despite being ranked #1 for campus food, cannot cook anything remotely Asian.

I might be throwing for Wheaton, though I've never thrown before.

I finished all four seasons of Battlestar Galactica.

Micheal and I are twins. More like the same Chi divided into two separate bodies.

I kicked ass in powerpuff football, if that's any surprise.

Discrete Math is kicking my butt. Even so, Dr. VanDrunen (or should I say, Dr. VanAwesome) is my hero.

Every single guy here plays guitar, piano or both.

I will not get addicted to coffee.

Winston is a ninja assassin.

At Wheaton you can make waffles at any meal. Not just waffles, but Wheaton waffles. The waffle irons imprint the Wheaton logo into each waffle. How ballin' is that?

Kiersten is my lover.

Somehow, Calc is going to be my only A, despite the fact I never attend class. Ever.

Richard Dawkins is my favorite atheist.

I'm Baptist, I go to an Evangelical Free church and have a strange urge to attend mass.

There are too many Dans at Wheaton. Dan Parvin is god of piano. Dan O'Regan is god of dance. Dan Alle is god of BS. Dan Kratz is god of who knows what. And I haven't even scratched the surface. There are so many more Dans.

Most of the science professors here are evolutionist. THANK GOD. (And I really do thank God for that.)

Football has taken over my life. Playoffs are in... what a few weeks? My team, the St. Louis Slam, went undefeated this season, WOOT! Championship this year, all the way!

I've somehow rekindled my old childhood DBZ obsession. Oh well.
